West Alabama Works has partnered with AIDT to continue providing leadership training for supervisors and managers across all industries in West Alabama. This project is a result of needs addressed in cluster meetings.

The training program began in 2019, and all sessions reached capacity. Due to its popularity, we’ve added more sessions.
