ARD Logistics, a 3PL (third-party logistics) company responsible for providing assembly, freight and logistics services to global multinational companies is looking to grow their workforce in Tuscaloosa. They have immediate openings for shift team members, team leads, forklift drivers, logistics specialists, and group leaders for both 1^st and 2^nd shift.

Beginning Wednesday, November 9^th, 2022, West AlabamaWorks! is partnering with ARD Logistics for a 5-day virtual hiring event. Job seekers can expect the full-time positions to be direct hires, with healthcare, vision, dental, and 401k benefits.

Starting wage begins at $16/hr. and differ by shifts and positions. New ARD full-time employees that are hired for MBUSI Plant 1evening shift are eligible for the $200 sign-on bonus after 30 days and $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift, then move to 2nd shift in December.
