Lear Corporation, an automotive supplier for Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, is actively hiring and training at their Vance and Cottondale facility for the launch of their McCalla facility. Lear Corp. was recently awarded the electrical business for the new electrical vehicle coming out in 2023 and with that comes a higher demand for workers.

The hiring and outreach event will take place July 28^th from 3pm to 7pm at the Holiday Inn Express off exit 1 in McCalla. Lear is looking to fill positions for Seat Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Maintenance Technicians. Salaries range between $17/hr. to $27/hr. for the different positions.

Lear representatives will also be available to answer questions regarding their benefits that include medical/dental/vision/life insurance which begins the 1^st day of the month following 60 days of employment.  Lear also offers tuition assistance, 401K, monthly attendance bonus, and quarterly performance bonuses.

Interested candidates are encouraged to dress for success and be interview ready.
