“We would love for you to join our team for we are looking to have what we call a Self – Directed work model to which team members have a say, the ability to suggest improvements, and be employed at a place where they are valued as an employee,” said Stacey Miller, HR Director for Lear Tuscaloosa Campus. “Lear, a leader in Automotive Seating and E-Systems is hiring for McCalla, Alabama and we will be conducting on-site interviews encouraging candidates to come out for same day job offers.  We have partnered with West AlabamaWorks! to make your application process effortless,” said Miller.
