VANCE, AL –ARD Logistics is continuing to build its workforce by hosting an in-person hiring event November 16, 2022, at their facility located at 10093 Brose Drive in Vance, AL. They have immediate openings for several positions including team members, team lead, forklift drivers, logistics specialists, and group leaders.

Last week, over 122 applicants were connected to the open positions through our career connect system during their 5-day virtual hiring event.

Job seekers Wednesday can expect on the spot interviews for the full-time positions. New ARD full-time employees that are hired for MBUSI Plant 1 evening shift are eligible for the $200 sign-on bonus after 30 days and $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift, then move to 2nd shift in December.

Salaries can range between $16-$18.70 an hour with ARD. Anyone attending the hiring event is encouraged to complete their profile in our Career Connect system. Job candidates are encouraged to dress in a business-casual style and treat the event like a job interview. This will be a come-and-go event and is free and open to the public.
