Workforce Happenings

During the school year, Adopt-A-School (AAS) partnerships are highly encouraged to focus on implementing at least two initiatives of the Pillars of Education:  Literacy, Character, Elevating Educators, and Career Pathways. 

This month, Triad Property Management highlighted the Career Pathways initiative with its AAS partner, Skyland Elementary School.  Triad participated in the school’s Career Fair and was excited to talked to the students about career opportunities in the hospitality and hotel industry that they may have never considered. 

One of the Triad representatives even showed off her towel elephant folding skills! Triad Property Management is comprised of following properties:  Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tuscaloosa-University, an IHG Hotel, Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tuscaloosa, AL, & Candlewood Suites Tuscaloosa.
