Off-site Construction Company, Epsilon Industries looking to hire for its new plant
West AlabamaWorks! has partnered with Epsilon Industries to host a hiring event March 28th at the Northport City Hall Auditorium located at 3500 McFarland Blvd, Northport, AL 25476.

Epsilon is a Canadian based company that has been in business for over two decades. The Tuscaloosa plant will be the first plant in the United States. Epsilon is a leader in the Off-Site Construction (OSC) industry, delivering mechanical/electrical-centric systems in a modular, prefabricated form, optimized for a streamlined on-site completion. The hiring event for Epsilon will take place March 28, 2023 from 4pm-7pm at the Northport City Hall Auditorium.
“We serve a full range of markets, from standard commercial offerings to extremely complex custom-designed systems, and across a broad spectrum of customer industries: commercial, institutional, and industrial,” said HR Director, Jennifer Culpepper. “We are looking to hire several skilled trades positions as we ramp up our production such as Boilermaker/Pipefitters and Welders. We are excited to be in Tuscaloosa and look forward to partnering and giving back to the community,” said Culpepper.
Epsilon Industries representatives will be available during the hiring event to answer questions regarding their salary wages of $30/hr.-$34/hr., benefits that include health and dental, 401K with company contribution and a company match, 10 paid holidays, paid vacation, a climate-controlled environment, and day shifts (Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm and Friday 7am-12:30pm).
Epsilon is expected to begin production mid to late April at its new plant located at 1401 Industrial Park Dr, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
