West AlabamaWorks! is hiring for two positions, a Pathways to Hope Case Manager and Project Director. The program will serve women inmates of the FCI Aliceville low-security facility and minimum-security satellite camp during and after incarceration. 

The Pathways to Hope (PATHS) Case Manager will provide services to participants through the Partners for Reentry Opportunities in Workforce Development (PROWD) initiative ensuring successful completion of education and training is completed. The case manager will provide support and assistance during incarceration and upon release to remove barriers to employment once inmates are released. 

The Pathways to Hope (PATHS) Project Director will be responsible for managing the Partners for Reentry Opportunities in Workforce Development (PROWD) initiative ensuring that all grant requirements are met, supervising program staff, partnership development and management, overseeing strength-based services to participants and performing other duties as necessary to ensure that the program operates effectively and efficiently within the guidelines of the grant.
