HOURS/WORK CONDITIONS:

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Work as a member of the Production Team and be assigned different work tasks as production or other needs require. Bend, twist, lift, stand, walk, reach, see, move and hear as required by specific position.

Assembly: Assemble luxury and electric vehicles at the assigned workstations on a moving assembly line performing any combination of tasks according to specifications with the use of hand tools, power tools, assist devices, and production fixtures.
Body: Load metal body components into automated welding equipment to form body sub-assemblies.
Paint: Paint processes include a sealer application, sanding, and paint spray equipment to prepare the car for assembly.
Battery: Assembly of new technology, high voltage battery systems.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

- Manually moves containers of material among proper locations on assembly lines as required.
- Performs cycle count activities when required.

The underground miner trainee is required by state and federal law to be under direct supervision of an experienced, spotter-certified miner for a period of at least 45 working shifts. The miner trainee shall provide operational support as it pertains to performing various general/manual labor duties on a frequent basis as assigned. Performance of these and other associated duties in a manner consistent with all applicable procedures, plans, policies, practices, environmental, health or safety rules or legal requirements.

Essential Functions

- Assist in moving the section, which primarily involves installing/retrieving mine conveyor belt, associated structure and devices, and moving up/pulling back the section main electrical power distribution center, battery chargers and associated electrical cables.
- Conduct all work activities under the direct supervision of an experienced, spotter-certified miner for a period of at least 45 worked shifts and remain in compliance with Federal and State coal mining laws and Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

The Foreman’s primary purpose is to supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of all mine operations personnel.



- Provide leadership to all mining activities, ensuring work is being completed in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
- Control all allocated labor to ensure maximum availability of resources by managing absenteeism and taking corrective action where applicable.
- Coordinate resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance and availability through best business practices.
- Supervise, train, and develop assigned team members as required.

Production, Efficiency and Cost Control

- Coordinate equipment usage to ensure efficient and effective achievement of operational objectives.
- Analyze equipment rates and make changes to daily operational plans as necessary, based on mining conditions.
- Ensure achievement of production targets by maintaining operational objectives.
- Ensures all administrative data for the operations is generated accurately and in a timely manner; including all equipment and personnel time sheets and log books as well as daily diaries and production reports as required.
- Ensure that all records on equipment utilization (i.e. hours, pre-start checklists and utilized hours, are recorded on a daily basis.)
- Report performance breakdowns, equipment damage, safety near misses, incidents and accidents according to established procedures.
- Implement daily, weekly and monthly operational plans and objectives, in accordance with production plan requirements.
- Assesses employee performance against objectives on a regular basis as per Company policy and take corrective action where required.
- Implement and maintain operating procedures to ensure safe and effective operation of the mine.
- Implement actions to optimize mining process performance and attain efficiency targets in the areas of: labor productivity, equipment availability, utilization, and material consumption.
- Participate actively with the technical services group to support the development of optimum mining short and long-term plans.
- Develop and implement area work ownership with resources to maintain appropriate balance of workload with priority to equipment availability.
- Investigate accidents and near misses with a view toward positive action, emphasis on prevention through training, equipment set-up or equipment repair and report on findings and conclusions.
- Identify haul roads and dumpsites that need repair and ensure deviations are rectified.
Environment and Safety

- Improve on safety standards by holding safety meetings, conducting safety interactions and taking corrective action where required.
- Ensure adherence to State, Federal and Company workplace policies and standard work procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control;

Radiology Technologist - Fayette, AL

Overview:
The radiologic technologist performs imaging procedures in their area of expertise.

Responsibilities:
1. Provides imaging services to patients of all ages, including neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric through knowledge of PACS.
2. Provides for safety for all radiology services to self, patient, and co-workers.
3. Understands and practices all AIDET principles.
4. Fulfills education requirements as established by ARRT, TJC, and DCH Health System
5. Administers contrast/medications to all assigned patients, according to policy and procedure.
6. Technologist may be rotated at the discretion of her/her supervisor through any modality where competency has been assessed. Included but not limited to: Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, Mammography, and Fluoroscopy.

This position is responsible for overseeing the credit union's lending
and collections departments, driving loan growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and
providing direct supervision to the lending and collections departments. In this role, you will
develop, implement, and monitor business development plans, policies, procedures, and
workflows that support early intervention, promote consistency across departments, align with
credit union goals, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Other duties include
monitoring loan delinquency, charge-off trends, and recovery performance, using data
analytics to guide proactive strategies for risk mitigation. You’ll also enjoy the opportunity to

As a member of the Materials Team, you will be responsible for stocking the various stations on the assembly line with the materials and parts necessary to assemble automobile seats, preparing empty pallets and returnable packaging for shipping, and understanding and meeting production needs through frequent communication and time management under minimal supervision.



The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:



- Moving materials using an industrial truck (forklift, tugger, pallet jack, etc.).
- Manually pushing material bins up to production stations
- Utilizing a RF Scanner
- Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, and/or recognizing differences
or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify and meet production needs.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Performing all other duties as assigned by management.

- Ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, colors and mathematical operations).

Successfully complete the forklift certification class.

Production Operators will perform daily activities with injection molding and lamination equipment as per standardized work instructions; Production Operators will be required to assemble product with a focus on quality and safety; inspect product for defects and take appropriate action; perform measurements, weight checks, etc; accurately pack product as per specifications.

Remove/load parts during various stages of the process; stack product boxes on the appropriate pallet and ensure product is not mixed; complete documents required to report production information, scrap, etc. and highlight any problems to the Shift Leader; work multiple cells, if required; assist Shift Leader in maintaining quality of product; attend training courses to further job knowledge, improve performance/quality; ensure all Health and Safety requirements of the company are met within the department at all times; and keep the work area clean and tidy at all times.

Summary of Duties
The Commercial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical control systems, including wiring and lighting. Key responsibilities include running conduit, reading blueprints, supervising small crews, and installing transforms, panels, switchboards and circuit breakers. The Electrician should understand project scheduling, diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and adhere to National Electrical Codes.

At least 5 years of electrical experience
Journeyman’s License
Understands schematics
Familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
Valid Driver’s License to include active liability insurance

DEPUTY SHERIFF

DEFINITION
This is field contact and general duty law enforcement work, after successful completion of
probationary deputy sheriff status, that involved the enforcement of state laws, execution of court
orders, control of prisoners confined to the county jail, and handling of civil process.
Employees are responsible for service of civil process and criminal warrants, investigation of
crimes, incidents, or accidents, and performing other duties as law enforcement officers and agents of the court. These duties may include anything from litter complaints and animal calls, to criminal investigations and the transport of deceased persons. Employees may be assigned by the Sheriff to specific phases of the work in the department, but are subject to call at any time for investigation of crimes or accidents within the county. Work is performed under the close supervision of a Sheriff’s office supervisor, who instruct and advise with employees on special problems, although employees must use considerable independent judgment and initiative in carrying out normal assignments. All deputies must have successfully completed Alabama minimum standards P.O.S.T. approved academy and Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office field training officer program.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED (All duties listed may not be found in each position, nor does the list include all tasks which may be assigned to position in this class).
Serves summons, warrants, subpoenas, eviction orders and other legal orders issued by courts.
Appears in court and furnishes evidence and testifies. Transports prisoners and insane persons to state institutions; controls prisoners while they appear in court; goes after and transports extradited suspects; acts as a detention officer when assigned. Transport deceased persons to or from the proper facility in Tuscaloosa or Montgomery. Answers calls of crimes, disturbances and accidents, conducts investigation and makes arrests; patrols within the county; inspects clubs, taverns, dances and places of assembly where disturbances may occur. Participates in raids on suspected narcotics, gambling or illegal operations. Serves election notices and distributes ballot boxes.
Answers calls and assists in floods, fires and other emergencies within the county.
Performs related work as required. Will perform tasks as per Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Procedural General Orders and Jail Operations policy.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Working knowledge of modern approved principles, practices and procedures of law
enforcement.
Working knowledge of state civil and criminal code and of legal terminology and court
procedures.
Ability to learn laws and procedures pertaining to the work of the Sheriff’s Office and to apply
them to specific work situations.
Ability to deal tactfully with the public and to enforce laws and court orders firmly, but
courteously.
Ability to analyze situations and to adopt quick, effective and reasonable courses of action.
Ability to work irregular hours and under varying circumstances.
Will perform tasks as per Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Procedural General Orders and Jail
Operations Policy.
Will meet physical fitness requirements of the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office as stated in
Procedural General Orders.
Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of a pistol, shotgun, and other weapons or equipment
that may be assigned or personal equipment used as per Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Procedural General Orders.

QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of training and experience equivalent to:
Some experience in law enforcement work and completion of a standard high school course,
and must meet minimum standards; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must have successfully completed the requirements of probationary deputy sheriff.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Completion of Police Officer Training Course recognized by the Alabama Peace Officer Standards
and Training Commission. Must have successfully completed the Field Training Officer’s Course and one year probationary period.
Possession of a driver’s license as issued by the Department of Public Safety.
Will abide by all Procedural General Orders and Jail Operations Policy.
